| Training Goals 2010 |
| So here are my training Goals - and my dreams/fantasies - for the 2010 race year. |
| 1. | Be Team Z Top 10 at Ironman Wisconsin (Probably will need to be at least 12:50 to do this) |

| 2. | Adjust body composition to 65 kg (evening weight) at 8-10% body fat (Starting: 82 kg at 25% body fat) |
|
| 3. | Raise bike FTP to 260 watts (Highest FTP in 2009 was 200w) |
|
| 4. | Raise running vDot to 50 (Starting vDot is 42, highest vDot achieved in last 2 years was 45) |
|
| 5. | Complete two 50 mile ultramarathons in 2010, run at least one of them in under 10 hours | |
| 6. | Improve swimming technique so that I can swim a 1:20-1:25 Ironman course (Equates to ~2:05-2:15/100m pace) |
|
| 7. | Do 95+% of all scheduled workouts Hit 95+% of all power/pace targets during intervals NO EXCUSES! |
|
| 8. | Break the TSDIS/PPS GSFC 2-mile Fun Run Record of 12:20 | |
| 9. | Switch to running only in VFF's by end of year | |
| 10. | Redeem myself for my 2009 Ironman Canada performance |
